Lock the Charging Cable in your private charging station.

Learn how to lock the charging cable to your private charging point

  1. Open the CURRENT Charge app on your phone.
  2. Tap Home in the menu at the bottom-left corner.
  3. Your charger will appear at the top of the app. Tap on it.

You will now see the Locked cable setting, which is currently set to Off.

  1. Tap the toggle to enable Locked cable.

Note: The ability to lock the charging cable in your charging station is only available if the charger manufacturer supports this feature through third-party integrations.

If the option is not available in CURRENT Charge, it may be because the charger manufacturer does not support the feature through third parties. In that case, we recommend checking whether the feature is available in the manufacturer's own app or contacting your installer for assistance.
