How to enable email notifications for chargers that are offline

CURRENT makes it easy to receieve email notifications when charging points at one or more locations lose connection.

Step 1. Log in to the CURRENT portal.

Step 2. Click on LOCATIONS in the menu on the left and select the location you want to proceed with.

Step 3. Once inside the location, click on SETTINGS.

Step 4. At the top of the page, you can enable email notifications and specify how long a charger must be offline before you receive a notification.

Note: This setting is linked to the individual user, even though it is configured at a location level. If other portal users want to receive email notifications, they must enable this themselves for the location(s) they wish to be notified about.
