Cancel your charging subscription

If you are registered as the owner of a charging point, you can cancel your charging subscription yourself in the CURRENT Charge app.

  1. Open the CURRENT Charge app on your phone.
  2. Tap Home in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Your charger will appear at the top of the app. Tap on it.
  4. Next, tap Settings and then select Remove Charger.
  5. Your subscription has now been cancelled.

When you remove access to your charging point, your charging subscription is terminated immediately.

This means that you will no longer have access to use the charging point, and it will no longer be visible in the app.

If you would like to regain access to the charging point, you can contact the location owner, who can grant you access again, or contact Current Support.
