How do you cancel your own charging subscription?

If you are registered as the owner of a charging point, you can cancel your subscription yourself via the Current Charge app.

  1. Open the Current Charge app on your phone.
  2. Tap on Stations at the bottom left.
  3. Your charger will then appear at the top of the app – tap on your charging point.
  4. Then tap on Settings, and then Remove charger.
  5. Your subscription is now cancelled.

When you remove your access to your charging point, your charging subscription is immediately terminated.
This means you will no longer be able to use it, and it will no longer be visible in the app.

If you wish to regain access to your charging point, you can contact CURRENT support.
