Keep every charge point running, from one place

See the status of every charging station in real time, act remotely when something is wrong and decide who can charge where. Works with charger hardware from different manufacturers.

Real-time status

See the status of every charging station as it happens.

The chargers you choose

Charge point hardware from different manufacturers, on open OCPP.

99.9% uptime

Self-healing algorithms resolve many issues on their own.

Features

What you can do with Operations Management

Monitoring

See how every station is doing

Real-time status for every charge point across all your sites, so you spot problems before drivers do.

  • Real-time status data for every charging station
  • Station health monitoring
  • All sites and manufacturers in one view
Remote control

Act without going on site

Start and stop charging from the platform. Self-healing algorithms resolve many issues on their own, which reduces the need for maintenance.

  • Start and stop charging remotely
  • Self-healing algorithms
Access and users

Decide who can charge where

Keep some charge points private and open others to the public. Group your users and give each group its own access and terms.

  • Private or public access and visibility rules
  • User accounts and user groups
  • Usage terms for each user group
Pricing and reports

Set prices and follow up

Use your own rules for what drivers pay, and build the dashboards and reports you need to follow up your sites.

  • Dynamic pricing based on your own rules
  • Custom dashboards
  • Downloadable reports

Works with the chargers you choose

CURRENT is hardware agnostic and built on open standards, so you are not tied to one manufacturer.

FAQ

Common questions

Which chargers does CURRENT work with?

CURRENT is hardware agnostic and works with charge points from different manufacturers. The platform is OCPP-certified for versions 1.6 and 2.0.1. OCPP is the open protocol chargers use to communicate with a management system.

Can every fault be fixed remotely?

No. Many issues are resolved in the platform, either by self-healing algorithms or by remote actions. Faults in the charger itself, the power supply or the wiring need an electrician on site. The platform shows you where the fault is, so the electrician has a better starting point.

Can some charge points be private and others public?

Yes. You set access and visibility rules per charge point, and give user groups their own access and usage terms.

Can we connect CURRENT to our own systems?

Yes. CURRENT has APIs for connecting to other services, and supports roaming so drivers from other networks can use your charge points.
