Automated Administration
Once you’ve installed WorkplaceCharge, you won’t have to worry about day-to-day operations. The system automatically adjusts prices, conducts debugging, and monitors the charging network on your behalf. Thanks to the hourly spot pricing feature, you don’t have to adjust the price either. You can choose a markup and let the system do the rest. You can even set up multiple access rules, so customers pay one price for charging and employees another. Besides the hourly spot price, WorkplaceCharge has many smart features, including an auto-heal function, which helps reduce the number of errors and increase the charging point’s uptime. Should an error occur that the system cannot handle automatically, it will notify you.
Simplified Accounting
A charging network with several users causes a lot of administrative work. Especially related to invoicing, documentation and accounting. That’s why we’ve built a system to simplify all that.
When you set up the system, you choose if, how and how much you want to charge the users. The system supports several “ad hoc” payment solutions, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, RFID, and the Current App. You can also choose to invoice users of the charging network. The system automatically triggers invoices for you via EHF/e-invoice. If you prefer to pay for your employees’ charging, you will receive a collective invoice via EHF or e-invoice.
No matter which payment solution you choose, WorkplaceCharge helps you with your accounting. The system tracks all charging, as well as all income and expenses related to that charging. When it’s time to submit your accounts, the system generates all the documentation for you.
Hardware Agnostic
WorkplaceCharge is a hardware-agnostic Charge Point Management System, so you can choose any EV-chargers you want. The system works regardless of the hardware you choose — now and in the future. This gives you the freedom to choose between different hardware manufacturers and suppliers.
Complete Control
WorkpalceCharge is designed to give you full control over your charging points. You decide who can charge, when they can charge, the price they pay, and how much power the chargers can use. Thanks to advanced access control, user groups ,and load balancing, you're in full control of your charging network. Best of all, it only takes a few minutes to make changes.
