Automated Adminstration
CondoCharge makes it easy to manage your apartment building’s EV chargers. Thanks to features such as spot pricing, load balancing, and Auto-heal, you don’t have to lift a finger. Prices adjust themselves and the system adapts to the available power capacity. You can configure the system with a few keystrokes and then it runs itself. As an administrator, you can leave everything to us and monitor your charging network through the dashboard as needed. Should residents require help, they can call our dedicated support team any day of the week between 07:00 - 23:00.
Hourly Spot Price
CondoCharge is one of few systems on the market offering Hourly Spot Prices, rather than princes based on the average daily, weekly, or monthly prices. When you activate our hourly spot pricing feature, the system automatically adjusts prices based on data from Nord Pool. This means that your residents never pay more than they have to. In addition, you can choose to add a surcharge to cover operating costs, maintenance, and future upgrades of the system.
Monthly Invoicing
The system takes care of monthly invoicing for you. This means fewer outstanding bills and better financial management for the condominium. We also provide all the documentation your condominium needs to handle the financials related to EV charging.
Complete Freedom
CondoCharge is a hardware-agnostic Charge Point Management System, so you can choose any EV-chargers you want. The system works regardless of the hardware you choose — now and in the future. This gives you the freedom to choose between different hardware manufacturers and suppliers. The system also supports most payment solutions, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, RFID, and payment via our own app. Giving all residents, regardless of preferences and technical expertise, options to easily start, stop, and pay for charging.
