The ideal candidate is commercially-savvy, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is driven by the understanding and opportunity within the EV industry. You will have the freedom to work remotely and will be linked and supported by the entire organisation in our Head Office in Norway, the world's leading EV market.

About the role
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to optimize sales processes, cycles and achieve the revenue goals for your country
  • Build and shape the German sales strategy
  • Develop and track sales forecasts, goals, and corresponding initiatives based upon overall strategy
  • Monitor the Growth pipeline, leads, deal cycle execution and optimize them as necessary to create sustainable growth and high productivity of the sales and SDR teams.
  • Communicate, educate and engage the commercial teams regarding new and planned activities
  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Providing Market Feedback. Reporting potential customers feedback and competitive analysis to assist in product development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an international sales leadership position with proven success growing the business.
  • Automotive background with a deep understanding of EV, fleet operations and Energy.
  • Proven success with establishing sales within a new market
    Hunter and closer with proven negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Consistent proven track record exceeding group’s quota.
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Passionate for winning, with a team player mentality.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented, patient, customer-oriented, analytical, strategic, mature approach, with a global mind-set
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
